Really freindly service and good for simple works. However, they incorrectly remedied a technical issue on my A7 and did not thoroughly clean out a drain where an ABS pump had become flooded (it cost nearly 1000 at the time) this resulted in the pump becoming flooded again. Adam's response when I coined it back to him was along the lines of tough. I had to get an Audi specialist to correct the problem for another 1k and still have the original debris which caused the blockage but wasn't cleared out as evidence. These things happen, but I have sent a number of emails asking for recompense which Adam has acknowledged but they are not prepared to respond to in writing or refund the negligent work. Basically after a number of years as a regular client they have proved disloyal and dishonourable, even when faced with legal action. You have been warned.
