Although my son attended Hollybush Montessori for a relatively short period of time (about 6-7months), I can honestly say that he had the most wonderful time there. Zachy was a very quiet boy when we started and as a mother I really wanted a calm and nurturing enviroment for my son with understanding and caring practitioners... a sort of home away from home. Miss Sarah and Miss Anna provided just that. In the short time my son attended Hollybush, his confidence grew and he always came home happy and content and always smiling. The practioners are very warm and caring, professional and friendly, very knowledgeable in regards to montessori curriculum and because of the small class size they get to know your child very well, very quickly. They provide a very good balance of indoors and outdoors activities and extracurricular ones too such as Spanish and Dance. Parents can have regular updates about their childs day in general as well as their progress as staff are more than happy to have a face to face communication during drop off and pick up times. Miss Sarahs love and care goes beyond just the nursery as she has kept in touch with us over time. My son will be visiting both her and Miss Anna very soon in his big boy school uniform...he has certainly missed his morning cuddles with them! I cannot thank Miss Sarah and Miss Anna enough for all they have done for my little boy. I would highly recommend Hollybush Montessori to anyone who is looking for a warm, caring and nurturing environment for their little one. It truly is a hidden gem!
Hollybush Montessori is a fantastic nursery and it has been a pleasure to watch my little boy flourish and grow in confidence during his time there. Miss Sarah and Miss Anna take the time to understand each child as an individual and make sure that the activities are geared towards their interests. As my first experience of Montessori it has been inspiring to see how the children lead their own learning, through play, and how their natural curiosity and enthusiasm can be guided to help them to develop their understanding of the world around them. I feel so lucky that I found Hollybush and know that it is the best possible start I could have given my child for his early years education.
This is a truly amazing Nursery with superb facilities. Sarah and Anna are such lovely caring teachers who genuinely go the extra mile for the parents and children. They have given my daughter Sophia so much confidence. This warm and welcoming Nursery has a range of activities and opportunities which are enormous and Sophia particularly loves the dancing and Spanish. She has learnt an amazing amount since her time with them. Sophia loves it here and always talks fondly of Nursery and the teachers. I cannot recommend it highly enough and hope my words can do it the justice it deserves. The Nursery is a gem.
