Having been recommended Binks Estate Agents by a Friend (who had equally had a great experience), doing some research on their website and just speaking to them, I knew we were in safe hands. We asked the sales team to come over and do a valuation on our home, they talked thorough what the market was like and how best to approach selling. We wanted to go with someone who was confident not only in their approach to selling our home but also someone who knew the market and buyers. After a couple of weeks, we went under offer to great buyers. Along the way they provided us with excellent feedback which allowed us to make informed decisions. Having now sold and moved, I would thoroughly recommend them. Their valuation was spot on (compared to other agents who weren't and seemed to just want to get us to list with them) and their personal support is what made them absolutely brilliant!
