A fabulous family run business. I have nothing but praise for Greystoke! From their professionalism to their cooperation and more... I have had 3 carpets fitted now by Liam whos work is absolutely faultless. Management from Mary and Darren is superb, nothing would ever be seen a issue for either of them. I am truly loyal to this company mainly for showing great work and always dependable. They also have a sister company for home improvements which I cant help but indulge in also Paul can take a standard home and make a fabulous show home in no time. Great work as always! My favourite
This has by far been the worst experience for us when dealing with any vendor. The workmanship is awful but the even worst thing is the unprofessional and demeaning customer service. We asked them to lay down Karndean flooring. The work was done with below average standards. The nightmare started when they took out doors to lay down the tiles, and did not put them back. They then started chasing us for the remaining payment. We asked them to finish the job (i.e. to put the doors back). Their response - we cant put them up now. Why? - because they had lost the fittings (special screws which are not easily available) of the doors. Their response? - they did not care as long as they get paid !!!!We finally paid them off requesting them never to show their face again. We then bought the fittings off internet and got another handyman to come over to fix the doors for us. We dealt with atleast 10 different vendors during the renovation of our house. And Greystoke was the only horrible experience.
Superb personal service from start to finish. Was particularly impressed that a Director turned up half way through the job to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Competitive pricing too. Delighted we supported a local business and would definitely do so again. A great experience all round.
